FTANotepad is currently available for iOS tablets and Android tablets & phones. We are working on finalizing the iOS phone support. Please note that the Android version includes support for Samsung MultiWindow apps. So if using a Samsung device with multiwindow support you can now have the FTA app and a browser with the Field monitor open side by side.
Please note, in order to use the application, you must obtain the AppKey information. Please use the Contact Us feature of this site to request that information if you have not recieved it directly from us already.
IOS
Invatations to install the iOS version will be managed through the Apple App Store. Users will receive an email invite with the proper install instructions. Use the Contact Us page to request access to the application.
Android
Generally speaking, installing a non market Android app consists of just three steps:

Set up your device to install from an Unknown Source

Get the .apk (application file) on to your device

Run the apk (and it will guide you through its own install)
If you are not sure if your device is already setup to allow Unknown sources, then do the following:

Go into Settings

Choose Security
-
Find the checkbox called "Unknown Sources" and make sure that is checked
Then, from your android device browse to this page.
Then, click the link below to download the FTANotepad APK onto your Android device:
Latest version is 2.52.
Please uninstall the current version before installing from the link below:
Or scan this with your device:
Then watch your notifications taskbar for the download to complete, once complete click the icon and use the package installer to install the application. When it's installed you should get an option to open the application.
Lastly, if desired, add the app icon for FTANotepad to one of your home screens.
